Data Deletion — GDPR & CCPA

Popsixle honors data subject rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You can request deletion of your personal data that Popsixle processes in connection with your account and use of our Software.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Email our team at success@popsixle.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Your Popsixle account email
  • Any relevant identifiers (e.g., Shop Name, Shopify URL, Pixel ID, Meta Ad Account ID), if available
  • A brief description of the data you wish to delete

We may request additional information solely to verify your identity and secure the request.

What We Delete

  • Account profile information stored by Popsixle
  • Stored configuration and identifiers you provided (e.g., authorized assets, settings)
  • Event data Popsixle maintains for your account, subject to legal retention obligations

Data held by third parties (e.g., Facebook ad accounts, pixels, or other platforms) is governed by those platforms. You may need to request deletion directly from them for data they control.

Timing & Confirmation

We acknowledge verified requests within 10 days and complete deletion without undue delay, generally within 30 days (or as required by applicable law). We will notify you when deletion is complete or if an exception applies.

We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or enforce agreements, consistent with GDPR/CCPA allowances.
